It’s not too early to start checking off those Christmas wishlists.
With that in mind, The Chamber’s Rivertown Christmas Community Crawl, which kicked off Friday with an Open House, is continuing with fun and festive activities for the whole family on Saturday.
The Chamber is inviting folks to join in “for a day of shopping, socializing and hanging out” with its Christmas Community Crawl culminating with food and entertainment at 517 Washington Ave.
Food trucks will be available from 5 to 9 p.m. and include Cafe Dat Taste of New Orleans, Doe’s, Egg Roll Lady, Grounded Sister Coffee, Lush Health Drinks & Vegan Eats, The Roux Outdoor Dining and The Tamale Shakk.
The celebration will feature the popular Christmas automobile, Lil Red and kiddos will have a chance to drop off their letters to Santa Claus at 9.15 Floral Designs & Gifts.
From 7 to 9 p.m., folks can enjoy a live musical performance by Pierce Breedlove.
Sales will be honored from 5 to 6 p.m. at Montage Marketplace, 3227 Highway 82 E, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Main Street Stops including A & A Pharmacy, 1430 S. Main St., Emery Lee Boutique, 1427 S. Main St., Hair Tenders, 1442 S. Main St.; and 8 to 9 p.m. at 9.15 Floral Designs & Gifts, 517 Washington Ave. Ste. A.
Each purchase is a chance to win Santa’s or the Elves’ bag.
