GREENVILLE, Mississippi — Funeral services for Ronald Eugene Williams, 73, of Greenville, who died Friday, Feb. 28, 2025, will be held March 8, 2025, 11 a.m. at Redmon Funeral Home Chapel, Greenville, with Pastor John Williams officiating. burial will be private, under the direction of Watson, Edwards & Evans Funeral Home.
Ronald was well known as one of the most successful contractor/brick masons in the Washington County area for over forty years. Because of his love, hard work and dedication for this craft he was often called upon by many even after retirement to utilize his profound skills in and around the Washington County areas.
He was preceded in death by his parents John and Dorothy Williams, two brothers Bruce
E. Williams and John Williams, Jr., and one sister, Eileen J. Hampton.
He leaves to cherish his everlasting memory; his son, Michael Young (Shameka) of Fort Irwin, California; a sister Bynarozelle Mitchell (Larce); one brother John A. Williams (Elizabeth); one granddaughter Journei Marie Joseph; a special nephew, Phillip Courtney and a host of in-laws, nieces, great-nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Viewing will be Saturday from 10-11 a.m. at Redmon Funeral Home.
