International Day has become a tradition over the last 25 years for Mrs Loper’s Sixth Grade Class at Deer Creek School. Each student picks a country and does a Power Point, cooks food from the country, and does a research paper. They also dress in the official costume of the country they have chosen. Participating students include: at left, front row, from left, Rayleigh Mathis, Maddie Thomas, Chesney Hughes, Maddison Leslie, Kadee Sullivan, Piper Andrews, Landon Sheffield, Lawson Smith, Tripp Stevens and Zayne Martin. Back row, from left, Ellie Gullett, Kaylee Huddleston, Molli Ray, Rileigh Whately and Karlie Scarborough.
