Greenville Christian ready for playoff run beginning with Manchester

There will be little surprises when the Greenville Christian School Saints host Manchester Academy this Friday night in the first round of the MAIS Class 3A Football Playoffs. It is the same Manchester team the Saints defeated 42-21 back on Oct. 4.
Greenville Christian is the No. 5 seed in the playoffs. Manchester is the No. 12 seed.

St. Joseph drops regular season finale to Riverfield

The St. Joseph Catholic School Fighting Irish had their chances on Friday night on the road against a talented Riverfield (La.) team, but in the end the Irish fell 28-16 in their regular season finale.
St. Joseph (5-4) now opens the MAIS Class 3A State Playoffs next Friday night with a home game against Central Holmes.

Deer Creek School earns big win over Columbus Christian

The Deer Creek School football team picked up some much needed momentum on Friday with the Warriors 34-28 victory over Columbus Christian. Deer Creek will travel to Newton Academy next Friday in the first round of the MAIS Class 2A Football Playoffs.
