Washington School Generals celebrate soccer careers of Sloan Lackey and Meg Giachelli

The Washington School soccer team celebrated the soccer careers of their two seniors, Meg Giachelli and Sloan Lackey, on Thursday in the team’s 2-2 tie to Madison St. Joseph.
Washington School coach Jeff Giachelli, who is the father of Meg, said both of his seniors will be tough to replace.

The Bulldogs had just fallen 44-0 Friday. They had played Goliath, a team ranked No. 1 in the state, and had tried their best. It was all anyone could ask.
