Rebecca (Becky) H. Serio, 72, of Eudora passed away on June 6, 2023, at her home. She was born August 2, 1950 in Greenville, MS, to her parents, Wolf Hellmers and Patsy Henderson. She graduated from Greenville High School in 1968. Rebecca was the first woman to serve on Eudora City Council. She served on the Eudora City Council for 20 years.
