Dr. and Mrs. David H. Lee, of Greenville, Mississippi, announce the engagement of their daughter, Dr. Ellen Brister Lee, to Kyle P. Mitchell.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Lester Adam Shipley, and the late Mr. Lester Adam Shipley, of Greenwood, Mississippi, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Harrell Lee, of Greenville.
Dr. Lee is a 2008 graduate of Washington School, and Cum Laude graduate of Mississippi College with a Bachelor of Science and a Minor in Biochemistry. She graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry in 2016 with a Doctor of Dental Medicine.
She is in practice with her father, Dr. David H. Lee, DMD, in Greenville.
The bridegroom-elect is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Christopher Leon Mitchell, of Tell City, Indiana. He is the grandson of Mrs. Ralph B. Harvey and the late Mr. Ralph B. Harvey, of Leavenworth, Indiana, and Mr. Marion Leon Mitchell and the late Mrs. Eva May Mitchell, of Eckerty, Indiana.
Mr. Mitchell is a 2008 graduate of Perry Central Jr/Sr High School in Leopold, Indiana. He graduated with his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Indiana in 2012 and then received his Master’s in Higher Education Administration from Mississippi State University in 2014. He resides in Leland, Mississippi, and is a member of First Baptist Church of Leland.
He is employed as the Director of Human Resources for Double Quick, Inc.
The couple will celebrate their exchange of vows with invited friends and family at 6:30 p.m. October 12, 2019, at St. James’ Episcopal Church, Greenville.
