Willie Chandler
INDIANOLA — Funeral services for Willie Chandler, 86, of Indianola, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, at Friendship MB Church, Indianola, with the Rev. C.W. Ray officiating. She died Sept. 17, 2022. Burial will be at Riverside Memorial Gardens, Indianola. Visitation will be from 3-4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 30, at Hayes Chapel at Byas Funeral Home, Indianola.
She is survived by her sons, Clifton Livington, and David and Jerry Chandler; daughters, Quincerene Kent, Shirley Smith and Laverne Chandler; sisters, Rella Brown, Josephine Simmons, Vera Lynch, Verry Briscoe, and Brenda Gaither; a brother, Joseph Briscoe Jr.; 32 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
