Moreover, Dubard’s passion to grow and share what she has learned set her on a path to enter into a profession that she has always admired and respected. As a teacher, she demands humility, passion, commitment, patience as well as respect. As a teacher, she recognized this power but understands that with this power lies great responsibility for the lives she encounters and impacts. Dubard has over 25 years experience in traveling through numerous curriculums to acquire her #Bossing, Computer, Technology, and STEM. Dubard’s students have excelled greatly in the positions she has held are as follows: substitute, secretary, teacher, and now Director.
Dubard has passed on grains of knowledge to the students, parents, and teachers whom she encountered, so they may harvest for the future beyond this educational pursuit. She plans to continue growing professionally through serving as the new Director of Manning Restart Center for the 2024-2025 school year.
