ATTEMPTED MURDER
On Nov. 5, 2022, at about 6 p.m., officers with the Greenville Police Department were dispatched to the 600 block of Phelps Street in reference to a shot person.
Upon officer’s arrival, they made contact with the 16-year-old victim who had been shot multiple times. The victim was transported to Delta Health-The Medical Center, and was later transferred to another hospital for further treatment.
The suspect arrested for this shooting is identified as 16-year-old Mardarius Hall, of Greenville. Hall turned himself in shortly after the incident, and was charged with one count of Attempted Murder.
Hall was transported to the Washington County Regional Correctional Facility, where he awaits his initial appearance.
ROBBERY SUSPECT ARRESTED
On Wednesday, Oct. 26, officers with the Greenville Police Department were dispatched to the 200 block of South Hyman Street in reference to a robbery.
Upon officer’s arrival, they made contact with the 31-year-old victim who advised that he was lying in bed when suspects entered his home with firearms displayed and took about $400. The suspects then fled the scene. Further investigation to this incident revealed that one of the suspects was identified as 23-year-old Elijah Qualls, of Greenville. Qualls was arrested Nov. 4 and charged with Robbery. Qualls was transported to the Washington County Regional Correctional Facility, where he awaits his initial appearance.
DOMESTIC AGGRAVATED ASSAULT 
On Tuesday, Nov. 1, at approximately 7:50 p.m., officers with GPD were dispatched to the 1200 block of Causey Drive in reference to a man being struck by a vehicle.
Upon officer’s arrival, they made contact with the victim, 55-year-old Michael Morgan.
Mr. Morgan advised that he and his wife, Juanita, were involved in an altercation and she struck him with a vehicle. The victim’s injuries were not life threatening, but did require medical treatment. Juanita Jordan-Morgan was taken into custody on a warrant for Domestic Aggravated Assault, and transported to the Washington County Regional Correctional Facility, where she awaits her initial appearance.
