As demand for vaccinations grows, Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT) Commissioner for the Central District, Willie Simmons, is working in concert with the Bolivar County Council on Aging, Inc. (BCCOA) and Delta Health Center of Mound Bayou to ensure the whole of the Delta region has access.
