The Greenville Fire Department will soon add another vehicle to their fleet.

After receiving a grant from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in the amount of $900,000 to assist the Greenville Fire Department, Chief Ruben Brown was full of gratitude and expressed as much.

Council reenacts city-wide curfew

The Queen City is back under curfew.

During a special meeting of the City Council of Greenville on Friday, the council voted to suspend the use and rental of city park pavilions and reenact the city curfew of midnight to 5 a.m. until further notice.
