A small victory for the City of Greenville’s Street and Utility Department was gained Monday with the anticipated acquisition of a motor grader for $15,000 from the Washington County Road Department.
The Board of Supervisors voted 3-2 in approval of the purchase of the machinery which has an appraised value of roughly $40,000.
