After his team’s 48-0 home victory over Manchester Academy Friday night, Greenville Christian School head coach Jon Reed McLendon said his team just might have turned a corner. In this victory, the Saints (5-1, 3-0 in MAIS District 3-3A) came out on fire from the start and never looked back.

AVON — The Riverside High School volleyball team kept its perfect record intact Tuesday with a straight set (25-12, 25-15, 25-11) victory over Leflore County Tuesday night. The game was the district opener for the Lady Bulldogs who are now 11-0 this season.
