The players on the team’s roster include: Isaac Simmons, William Sexton, Benjamin Davenport, Willie Wilson, Jacob Turner, Steven Selmon, Jeremy Hawkins, Brycen Davenport, Jeremiah Barksdale, Sharmarion Kemp, Leo Jennings, Carson Alexander, David Newsome, Kaiden Prosser, Clarence Rodgers, Anh Tran, Kenyon Malone and Andrew McCray.

In recent school memory, the Greenville High School Hornets and Honeybees girls and boys teams are having the best season in history of the sport. Both teams began the current season with a perfect 6-0 record . To add, neither team has given up a single goal during the six matches.

St. Joe nets win over Generals

During the opening minutes of the ball game, both the Washington School Generals and the St. Joseph Fighting Irish had an exchange of baskets as each team competed for the rival victory. The Irish came out on top as their biggest lead of the game was reached in the fourth quarter after they went on an 11-0 run against the Generals.

Greenville Christian Saints knock off rival St. Joseph

Led by veteran players Ashton Powell, Darius Williams, Patrick Travis and DJ Scott, the Greenville Christian School Saints outlasted the St. Joseph Catholic School Irish 49-36 Tuesday night.
These players combined with over half of the points scored by the Saints.

Riverside girls defeat rival Leland Cubs

The Lady Riverside Bulldogs visited opponent Leland Lady Cubs in a well known rivalry match. The Lady Bulldogs escaped with a double digit win led by Qu’Niya Jackson and Karlasia Lewis, both scoring 15 points each. The Bulldogs defeated the Cubs with 49-24. The Cubs fall to a 1-3 after loss while Riverside moves to 2-2 on the season.
