Former St. Joseph Catholic School football standout Donnie Smith has committed to play for Troy University next season. The Troy Trojans play in the NCAA Division I Football Subdivision, which is the highest division in college football. The Trojans were the Sun Belt champions last season. Troy University is located in Troy, Alabama.
