CHARLESTON — Funeral services for Mrs. Frances Mary Paschal, 93, of Charleston, who passed away Dec. 21, 2022, in Charleston, were at 3 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 29, at Mortimer Funeral Home Chapel, Greenville, with the Rev. Steve Burton officiating. Internment was at Greenville City Cemetery.
