Simmons' Prentavis Madison wins state title in 300 Meter Hurdles

Simmons High School's Prentavis Madison won the state champion in the 300 Meter Hurdles (42.62) at the at the MHSAA Class1A state track meet in Pearl on Tuesday. Madison also finished 3rd in the 110m hurdles (16.78).

GCS Saints succeed at state

The Greenville Christian School track team had a very successful MAIS Class 4A State Track Meet this past weekend. The Saints won the state championship in the 4X100 Meter Relay. Patrick Travis finished second in the 100 Meter Dash. Nikquan Parker finished fourth in the 200 Meter Dash.

Washington School racks up state track titles

Both the Washington School boys and girls track teams won the state championship at the MAIS Class 4A State Track Meet at Madison-Ridgeland Academy this Saturday.
Washington School’s Reid Henderson won a state championship in the 100 meter dash, the 200 meter dash and the 4X200 Relay.
